Legislative Activity

AGC is committed to realizing the legislative priorities facing the commercial construction industry and growing the construction economy.  AGC’s Legislative Action Committee sets our legislative priorities and serves as the regulatory clearinghouse while ensuring that AGC members have a voice in drafting AGC’s policy agenda.  In order to get broad feedback, we survey thousands of AGC members and use the Legislative Action Committee to prioritize our priorities to solve the most vexing legislative problems facing the industry.
