Retention and Release of Records PolicyAll participants in AGC of America programs have the right to review their educational records. AGC of America will provide record of attendance and participation plus documentation of any applicable CEUs to the participant through a transcript. AGC of America will not provide such records to any other parties, without written consent from the participant. Participants may purchase a transcript through the AGC online bookstore or by submitting a written request to the AGC Registrar via fax (703) 548-3119 or mail to 2300 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22201. If submitted online through the AGC bookstore, the participant will receive his/her transcript instantly. If submitted via fax or mail, upon review of the request the participant will receive his/her transcript within 7-10 business days of AGC of America receiving such request and applicable fees. All participant records will remain on file with the AGC of America for at least seven years. |
