Kits are currently being used by thousands of fifth-grade classrooms across the nation as well as Girl Scout troops and Boys and Girls Clubs.

A single kit provides enough instructional materials for 30 students, including a workbook, a video on bridges and a book on building skyscrapers. Hands-on activities encourage students to work in teams to build the strongest bridge and tallest skyscraper using simple materials, such as cardboard and popsicle sticks. Each kit contains more than 20 hours of in-classroom instruction, broken down into smaller units, which give users flexibility in choosing how much of each kit to use at a given time.

The kits were designed in conjunction with Scholastic, Inc., the nation's premier educational publisher, to provide the absolute highest quality materials to attain educational objectives in fun, practical, and meaningful ways.

This 16-page brochure introduces high school students to careers available in the construction industry. Great for job fairs, career days and other events where you'll be interacting with high school students, the brochure includes: industry information; job descriptions; training requirements; self-assessment tests to help students determine what construction profession best suits their talents and skills, and much more. Hot Jobs/Cool Careers brochures are available from the AGC bookstore to both members and non-members in packages of 50.

AGC chapters, members, and partners also have a special opportunity to personalize the Hot Jobs Cool Careers brochure. Customers can print chapter/company information, training programs or job opportunities on the outside back cover to target your specialized marketing and recruiting needs.

We recommend a minimum order of 2,500 copies. There is a one-time licensing fee of $500 payable to AGC of America. AGC of America coordinates the arrangements between customers and the AGC-designated printer.
